2023-2024 School Year Schedule

Regular Meeting time is 7 p.m.,  Sunday Evenings,   2^nd Sunday at Bethlehem,  4^th Sunday at Immanuel unless otherwise noted (Serving committees, please help with ideas for Recreation and also with serving and clean up.)

September 10 (meet at Immanuel, Officer Elections) – Snacks: Afton,  Drinks: Jacob

September 24 – Snacks: Ashton, Drinks: Brock

September or October:  Soup Dinner or Committee’s Choice

October 22 – Snacks:  Maddox, Drinks:  Sophie

November 12 –  Snacks:  Alex, Drinks:  Katie

November 17 – 19:  KS District Youth Gathering in Topeka.  Leave by 6:30 p.m. on Friday, return by 2 p.m. on Sunday (may need drivers/chaperones)

December – Date TBD, Christmas Caroling, bring fruit for fruit baskets, pizza at end of the night (may need drivers)

January 21 (Immanuel) – Snacks: Kyle,  Drinks:  Nathan

Feb 25 – Snacks: Keaton,  Drinks: Kenadee 

March (?) Lock-In Led by Concordia University Students

March (?) Kansas Maid Pastries

March 24 – Snacks: Thomas,  Drinks: Johnny

March 30 – Easter on the Hill at Immanuel Saturday morning

March 31 – Easter Breakfast

April 14 – Snacks: Emma,  Drinks: Joe

April 28 – Snacks: Leaders, Drinks:  Pastor Fenker

May 5 - (Meet at Immanuel, Ball Field clean-up, time TBD) – Snacks and Drinks: Leaders
