2024-2025 School Year Schedule

Regular Meeting time is 7 p.m.,  Sunday Evenings,   2^nd Sunday at Bethlehem,  4^th Sunday at Immanuel unless otherwise noted (Serving committees, please help with ideas for Recreation and also with serving and clean up.)

September 8 (meet at Immanuel) – Snacks and Drinks: Leaders

September 22 – Snacks: Afton, Drinks: Christina

October 13 – Snacks:  Alex, Drinks:  Katy

October 27 – Snacks: Ashton   Drinks:  Kena

November 10 –  Snacks:  Brock, Drinks:  Chelsie

November 15 - 17:  KS District Youth Gathering at Rock Springs 4-H camp.  Would need chaperones if decide to attend.

December 8th, 3:30 p.m., meet at Bethlehem, Christmas Caroling, bring fruit for fruit baskets, pizza at end of the night (will need drivers)

January 19 (Immanuel) – Snacks: Carly,  Drinks:  Nathan

Feb 23 – Snacks: Jacob,  Drinks: Samuel 

March (?) Lock-In Led by Concordia University Students

March 9 – Snacks:  Joe,  Drinks:  Landon

April 13 – Snacks: Piper,  Drinks: Cole

April 20 – Easter Sunrise Service and Breakfast at Bethlehem

May 4 - (Meet at Immanuel, Ball Field clean-up, time TBD) – Snacks and Drinks: Leaders   

May/June/July: Bremen Ball Field Concession Stand and Summer Trip
