2025-2026 School Year Schedule

Regular Meeting time is 7 p.m.,  Sunday Evenings

Serving committees, please help with ideas for Recreation and also with serving and clean up.

September 14 (meet at Immanuel) – Snacks and Drinks: Leaders

October 12 (Bethlehem)– Snacks: Christina, Drinks: Kena and Ashlynn

October 26 (Immanuel)– Snacks: Alex   Drinks:  Anna 

November 14 - 16:  KS District Youth Gathering at Rock Springs 4-H camp.  May need extra chaperones. 

December 14, 3:30 p.m., meet at Bethlehem, Christmas Caroling. Bring 8-10 pieces of fruit for fruit baskets. Pizza at end of the night (may need drivers)

January 11 (Immanuel) – Snacks: Carly,  Drinks:  Chelsie

Feb 15 (Bethlehem)– Snacks: Samuel,  Drinks: Ryland and Landon

March (Date to be determined) Youth Night led by Concordia University Students

March 29 – (Immanuel. Fill Easter Eggs?) Snacks: Kyle,  Drinks: Harley

April 5 – Easter Sunrise Service and Breakfast at Immanuel

April 19 (Bethlehem)– Snacks: Piper,  Drinks: Cole

May 22 (Friday evening - (Meet at Immanuel, Ball Field clean-up and painting, time TBD) – Snacks: Joseph and Nathan, Drinks: Johnny and Katy   

May/June/July: Bremen Ball Field Concession Stand                                                                          Higher Things Summer Trip (?) May need chaperones
