2026-2027 School Year Schedule

Regular Meeting time is 7 p.m. (unless noted otherwise) Sunday Evenings

Snack/Drink committees, please help with ideas for Recreation and also help with serving and clean up.

August 23 6:30 (meet at Immanuel) – Snacks and Drinks: Nathan and Chelsie

            Grilling burgers and hot dogs, playing kickball, bring a friend

September 13  Mission Fest at Immanuel, LYF will serve lunch

September 27 (Bethlehem)– Snacks: Christina, Drinks:  Ashlynn and Landon

October 25 (Immanuel)– Snacks: Anna   Drinks:   Adelyn

Soup Dinner, Date TBD, sometime in Fall or Winter

November 20 - 22:  KS District Youth Gathering in Wichita.  Will need chaperones and someone to make the plans.  See the KS District website under KDYG for information. 

December 13 (tentative date), 3:30 p.m., meet at Bethlehem, Christmas Caroling. Bring 8-10 pieces of fruit for fruit baskets. Pizza at end of the night (will need drivers and someone to make plans)

January 24 (Bethlehem) – Snacks: Johnny,  Drinks:  Ryland

Feb 28 (Immanuel)– Snacks: Joe,  Drinks: Trevor

March (Date to be determined) Youth Night led by Concordia University Students

March 28 – Easter Sunrise Service and Breakfast at Immanuel

April 25 (Bethlehem)– Snacks: Cole,  Drinks: Piper

May 23 (tentative date) Meet at Immanuel, Ball Field clean-up and painting, time TBD  Snacks: Samuel and Noah, Drinks:  Harley and Andrew

May/June/July: Bremen Ball Field Concession Stand 

Higher Things Summer Trip (?) Will need chaperones/drivers/planners

June 22 - 25 Mequon, WI

June 29 – July 2 Fort Collins, CO

July 20 - 23 Carbondale, IL
